UX/UI Expert with a systems mindset turning complex products into intuitive solutions while empowering the teams behind them.

As Team Lead, I lead an interdisciplinary team crafting tailored digital solutions for industrial clients. Working in an agile SCRUM environment, I guide projects from concept to delivery, heavily leveraging my UI and UX expertise to strategically lead and design impactful experiences. I also help develop products from the ground up, including developing sales and marketing strategies to ensure market fit and success. Throughout the process, I shape the creative vision, closely align with clients, and ensure smooth, focused collaboration every step of the way.

As the Experience Lead, I am responsible for developing the UI and UX of our games from conception to implementation. Additionally, I regularly present our games to the public as a guest on streams and with influencers.

As a core member of the studio management team, I oversee project management processes for a team of up to 20 people, as well as outsourcing, quality assurance, customer contact, and community management.

I was significantly involved in the development of Pizza Connection 3 for the publisher Assemble Entertainment, which was originally created as contract work. I was primarily responsible for developping the user interface and creating and animating the 3D characters.

I also contributed significantly to the game design and supported the programming of the game logic. At the end of 2017, Assemble Entertainment incorporated the company and reestablished it as Gentlymad Studios UG.

With our company we have carried out various contract work, including 3D visualization on the web for the GetOnMyLVL brand web store or edutainment games (The History of the Southwest) on the web for SWR.

Three fellow students from my department and I founded Gentlymad UG to develop our first commercial game. In Between has received various awards, including the German Computer Game Award and the Red Dot Award.

Being one of two managing partners I was also responsible for contractual matters as well as all corporate matters.

As part of a mandatory internship, I had the opportunity to experience the conversion of a digital ecosystem to current design trends (HTML5 and CSS3, specifically) alongside a team focused on innovative approaches, that appreciated my contribution as an interdisciplinary thinker.
